Labor Day With the City Council

Labor Day is not a holiday I think about much. To me, it’s always been just a day off or the herald of the back-to-school season. Since leaving school and working jobs that don’t actually celebrate the holiday, it has started to mean even less. However, in researching my most recent article, I’ve found it has quite a history, a violent one even.
